elegant design, the copper plates come in plain and embossed
styles as well as hammered; here, it is the custom for hors'
de hourve plates to be set on copper plates. NOTE: To clean copper,
take a mixture of lime juice and white vinegar (cut and squeeze
limes and throw them in with the vinegar) and wash (brush) plates
with a nylon pad. |
