Tule is a native plant that grows
in marshes and lakes in many parts of Mexico and has been used
in weaving baskets and household goods by native peoples forever.
Today's Tule products are made the same as of old; every Tule
item we have is handmade in a village shop. |

Tule is collected from the wild,
processed, then, guided by their creativeness, artisans weave
it into items of all types for all uses including design and
accessory baskets, vases, mats of all size and description, and
backs and seats for furniture. Tule is very versatile and another
of the all natural products we like to carry. |

Tule baskets are not made in
large factories and the styles in stock depend on specific design
